Promotional pop-up on every page if user stays 30 secs

By default, the promotional pop-up can show on either the landing page or on two specified pages. 

Is it possible for the promotional pop-up to appear on all pages if the user stays longer than 30 seconds?

I think you misunderstand, if the pop us set for any "first" page the pop up will show up on any first page a visitor goes to. In other words if the first page they see the moment they hit your site is a blog post, the pop up shows up. They then go to another page and it goes away. The come back later and hit your home page, it shows up. I think that is good, you don't want it following them to every page they see in a single visit, it would be irritating.
