Change background colour of a single text block

Hello,

I want to know if it is possible to change the background colour of a single text blog. Is this possible in any way? I want the chosen text block to ahve the following background colour:

#E8B463 / R232 G180 B99 / C10 M32 Y68 K0

It is the two text blocks on the right hand side, titled essential downloads and related pages

Each text block has different ID.
