The best way to display many Projects (including video links).

Hello everybody after I finished building my first page and I want to build another similar page.

I would like to link videos (Youtube, Vimeo, ..) and write text content underneath. On my current page I solved this with a gallery of pictures and then with links to individual pages (https://www.justusbecker.com/commercials). Now I want to build a page with a lot more entries. In addition, a filter function or tags might make sense. Is there better way to do this? Are there a limit in Galleries? Does it make sense to set it up with a blog? Are there different blog modules at Squarespace? Are there any specific template recommendations? What would be best for SEO?

Any suggestion would help me.
