adding dropdown navigation to coverage Wexley template

I would like to create a dropdown menu from my coverage in Version 7.0– Wexley family (Wexley template)

I was able to create a folder. Clicking the link takes me to a nonexistent page from which I can access the subpages. Is there anyway to do this?
