install Chat on Checkout to help Conversions

Hello I use the Small Chat plugin on my site but am wondering whether it's possible install chat feature in the checkout as well (currently chat appears on every page but the checkout) to help convert customers who may have questions.

No. Your plugin will require code, but you cannot use code on the Squarespace Checkout page. This particular page is locked down because even the smallest change to a checkout usually requires a full PCI security audit to ensure payment security.
