Guest Posted October 31, 2019 Posted October 31, 2019 Hello everyone, I would like to embed an RSS feed from a RateYourMusic.com profile into my SquareSpace blog, however, I'm unable to do so with custom code as RYM does not have CORS enabled for its RSS feed. Is it possible to use other means to embed the RSS feed? Kind regards, pesty_samurai
paul2009 Posted November 1, 2019 Posted November 1, 2019 RSS feeds are subject to cross-domain security restrictions. Preventing access to the content is a security measure that prevents you from displaying the content as if it is yours. You cannot make them load from another domain unless you control it.
