301 redirect problem

Hi! I'm having issues with creating working 301 redirects. I've done this before with another Squarespace site, so I'm not sure why this time it's not working. I've contacted support and followed their suggestions to fix the issue, but still no luck.

I don't want to create redirects for the whole shop section until I've got this sorted!

Here are the examples of my redirects that don't seem to be working:www.meadowgatenursery.co.uk/shop/anemanthele-lessoniana-stipa-arundinacea-2mj3z-b3ta2 -> /shop/anemanthele-lessoniana 301www.meadowgatenursery.co.uk/shop/andropogon-scoparius-prairie-blues -> /shop/andropogon-prairie-blues 301www.meadowgatenursery.co.uk/shop/achnatherum-calamagrostis-stipa-calamagrostis -> /shop/stipa-calamagrostis 301

The old url's aren't automatically taking you through to the shortened url page and I'm just getting 'this page is missing' type errors.

You can only create a redirect from urls that don’t exist. As the first url exists, the redirect cannot work.

Thanks @Paul2009 So, If I've changed the URL for those 3 products within the product options tab, do I need to do something else to enable the re-directs to work? Many thanks.
