Instagram has denied my shop, please help?

Hi, yesterday I tried setting up an instagram shop. I already had a facebook page and facebook business manager, but they denied my shop!!The whole point of setting a shop up with squarespace was to be able to have a shop with instagram.
Please advise.thanks
