I have been forced to use Squarespace now that Google Domains sold to Squarespace. Domain forwarding under Google Domains was very easy. You simply told them where you wanted to redirect and it did that for you. I get the following message for every redirect I try Not a valid subdomain To forward your root domain, enter @ as the subdomain. This will delete any Squarespace default records if you have them. I'm trying to get these things to redirect to my website, Decaturish.com or other pages within that. This message from Squarespace is useless and doesn't tell me how to fix this problem. Squarespace support is seemingly nonexistent. I'm about to transfer all of my domains to another service if Squarespace doesn't start providing some basic customer support. Here's a screenshot of my issue.
