I hate to bring this up again... but it does not seem as if it has been resolved yet. We sell services on our site and have selected all as services, yet when we click a purchase as fulfilled it still has "SHIPPING" verbiage in the fulfilled email that we cannot delete or edit. We are NOT shipping anything out.
I would like to delete Shipping Address, Shipping Method, Shipped with (Tracking Service), and Tracking Number from my Fulfillment emails - see examples attached. As you can see we have even gone as far as adding a statement in the Fulfillment email requesting that the purchaser ignore the shipping notations in the email. This is not professional at all but we could not figure out any other way to stop everyone from asking, "Are you shipping me something" for every purchase made!
Can you please, please assist in correcting this!
