Hi all im trying to add a pop up custom form to a product page, trouble is the apply function is unresponsive once form added, does anyone have a workaround. I am about to sign up with SS but need this function to work. Ive reported the issue and had various responses from SS of which none of them deal with my issue other than they are looking into it and it will take time to run tests, as this has been over 3 weeks now I am not sure what to do as this is 100% vital to my site.

Hiya thanks for the reply, I did look at this option but one it opens in a pop up after clicking add to cart, and the function isnt actually working at the moment and ive reported it to SS. Tried on Mac, windows different browsers. But to be honest I want to try and replicate the example as per above site as this is exactly what Im looking for

My apologies if this has been answered a thousand times before but i just cant find the answer, I did see a thread where the solution was found but not an explication on how? I want to add a text box on the product page in addition to variants so customer can leave a message IE a name to engrave which copies through to the cart page when customer hits the "add to cart" button. This has been achieved on the following site Larch Twig Silver Necklace – Maggie Read Jewellery (hope you don't mind me sharing?) and i would love to know how if anyone can help? I'm guessing its code injection but although not a complete novice its beat me.. Andy

Really looks good with the "Gift message if required" that carrys through to the cart. Can I ask how you achieved this?
