I don't think this is possible, but hoping I'm wrong: We tag our donors quarterly (e.g. DonorQ42023) We want to send an email to all contacts NOT tagged DonorQ42023 It appears the only tag segmentation available is to send an email to those who ARE tagged DonorQ42023 Am I correct, or missing something?
