We need to have additional fields on the booking form for our programs - as customers are usually going to be booking for 2 or more people at a time, and we need details for each participant (Name, date of birth, parent/guardian details, swimming ability, medical disclosure) Is there a way to 'add another participant details' on the form at checkout? or can you suggest a way to do this?
