I have set up membership areas within my Squarespace website, and all members need to log in before submitted a request. We are a service request based business... however, when the members raise a request it's not showing me on the notification who has submitted the service request. How can I fix this?

For example i have created a business offering, where up to 10 staff members can access our service, through the membership. How do i give all 10 email addresses access with out charging 10 more membership subscriptions
