Hello. I’m a visual artist searching for this answer. Some of my image blocks have the option for lightbox but not all. Why? Is there some different in these images that makes the lightbox option not pop up under design? Also wondering how to access the chat help box to receive help. The help center said that chat help box is at the bottom of any page in help center but it is not there and it asks you in the drop-down box your question but then there’s no answer or chat box. It said you can ask questions on twitter but I don’t tweet. I left them an email and a messenger text. I’m just wondering how exactly to reach anyone for help. Or just keep searching till you come across the info maybe? I google and watch YouTube videos but sometimes I still can’t figure it out. I even googled how to find the help chat box on square space. But nothing. I’ll sign up for twitter I guess. God bless you all. Seems like you are more patient than me. Frustrated. How long does it take to someone to return an email?

Having same issue. Has anyone answered this? My images don’t even match from desktop to mobile view. I just keep redoing and having to start over. It’s super frustrating. Been at this for hours now and it’s not working. All I want to do is keep the pictures in the same order and not have them disappear. Should not be this hard. Please advise. Thank you.
