Changing Logo Color on Different Site Pages

Hello, I am having a similar problem. The Navigation links on my home page are white (and then black on all the other pages). Given that i have a video as my background as the first block, the white text is not very visible. I would like to make the navigation links on my home page black like the rest of the site but I do not know where to adjust the code to do this. Can someone help me?
