Any way to make the membership custom check out form compulsory for free or 0$ monthly memberships?

I have highlighted the form in blue, i want this to show up also in my 'free' monthly subscription plan to collect the same customer info. I was thinking maybe a work around to reduce the minimal monthly subscription price to $0 instead of > $0 but not sure. Any help is appreciated - happy to pay for someone to edit the code to fix this?
