I cant stop page jumping down to embeded frame

I'm having the same issue, but it seems to only be on desktop? http://zachariahkobrinsky.com/#/coding/ I tried talking to customer service about it, and their response was that they wouldn't look into it because it relates to a custom code block, which is really annoying.
