  1. Support has told me so far to try the usual tricks, clearing cache, updating iOS etc, but nothing works so far. The tech showed a video of them browsing the galleries but couldn't recreate the problem on their end which makes this harder to diagnose, but both my client and myself are seeing the same issue. My plan is to change from a slideshow to a grid gallery, (better UX anyway) and hopefully it resolves itself that way. Otherwise, I'm sure there's just some nebulous gremlins at play here that prob need special debug tools on iOS to truly figure what's going on here.
  2. @johnhalldesign are you still experiencing this issue? What version of Squarespace is your site on? I have a client on a 7.0 site that's experiencing image loading issues and found this thread. Curious if there's a fix before I reach out to support. Seems to happen on Safari and Chrome browser on iOS so far, thought it was related to network connectivity, but seems it happens on LTE or wifi on mobile. Not sure about android as yet.
  3. Hi @Kristy2179. Can you share a link to your homepage and the section you are looking to change so we can inspect the code.
  4. @srdig Can you paste your updated custom code and share the site details again? It looks like the site trial expired so I can't take a live look. The order shouldn't matter as long as !important; is added so i'm guessing something in the custom code block is off or missing something.
  5. Hi @srdig The link you provided to download the font seems to only give me a TTF file called "SignPainter-HouseScript". I see your custom code you're referencing an OTF file with a variant name of the font. Just curious if you found that version elsewhere. I was able to download the original "SignPainter-HouseScript" in that link and get it to work on a demo site, but here are 2 things I noticed. 1. When I copy and paste the the SRC URL for Sign Painter font in your code, it doesn't download for me which usually means the URL is incorrect or something needs to be checked there. Try deleting the font, and re-uploading and copying the URL again into your custom code. 2. Unrelated to your issue but the Flama basic SRC URL has some extra characters at the end. Remove them so it ends in just .otf as below font-family: 'Flama-Basic'; src: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6377acee19258c4978a8a37b/t/6377afa67f82fd18ba56ef5c/1668788134678/Flama-Basic.otf);
