This just happened to me, and it's frustrating! All of a sudden! it has never been a problem before, but since yesterday it has been the same for me as Brasch describes it. It's working when using another WiFi or when sharing mobile data. But why? My WiFi has blocked access to www.sqspcdn.com, but why?

Hi Tanya! For me it was a browser problem, changed from Safari to Google Chrome. I hope this will solve your problem too 🙂 Although now all my photos in the "asset library" dissappered and it's taking forever to even load Squarespace.

Hi! How do I delete a shipping option I have created which no longer is available? I cannot click on the options (see image, red ink) where I thought I would be able to make changes or delete them...? Neither can I click on "set up pickup" and "set up fulfilment profiles", but maybe it's because my current subscription plan? (see second image). Thanks in advance 🙂
