How to delete a shipping option

Hi!

How do I delete a shipping option I have created which no longer is available? I cannot click on the options (see image, red ink) where I thought I would be able to make changes or delete them...? 

Neither can I click on "set up pickup" and "set up fulfilment profiles", but maybe it's because my current subscription plan? (see second image).

I am having the same issue with my website... probably a glitch... We should be able to remove an option without paying extra. Will try to get help by Squarespace and will let you know If it is resolved.

Hi Tanya! For me it was a browser problem, changed from Safari to Google Chrome. I hope this will solve your problem too 🙂 

Although now all my photos in the "asset library" dissappered and it's taking forever to even load Squarespace.
