please help. i am not techie but just need my one newsletter form to link to my one mail chimp list but although i managed this for years, it has stopped working and i am paying for adverts to send leads into the void. i have disconnected and reconnected. it says connected at both ends but is not populating my test email. i have tried creating a new empty audience in mail chimp and that worked for a while. atm i am having to take emails across manually. please advise...how hard can this be?! [P.S. I am asking you guys because MC is absolutely awful with customer support and I am loathe to employ another Upworker in far flung lands just do this one task] thank you

ah yes there is a weird layer of opting that i have been unable to find...

i have a newsletter form set to storage in my mail chimp audience 'websitenewsletter'. all says connected. i have a squarespace integration newsletter form which says all connected to mail chimp and websitenewsletter BUT squarespace holds on to the emails, they do not reach mail chimp and i do not know how to get them. What can I do? or try?

Hi sorry for the newbie question but i have a sign up form on my website and according to my mailing list only 10 people are form fillers BUT i have 96 subscribers. Where have the subscribers come from if they have not come from my sign up form?! Incidentally my sign up form links to Mail Chimp and my 96 squarespace subscribers have not travelled across to mail chimp as the sign up form directed. how are visitors subscribing without using my form?

Ah. This is important and so squarespace mailing is no use to me if i cannot populate it from my learning platform. I will have to cancel my subscription (if i can find how to do that). Thanks for the quick answer.
