  1. There are lots of domain-related issues in this forum (including my own) with hundreds of views and very, very few replies. Many of these issues seem to be related to the sale of Google Domains to Squarespace. Since this forum doesn't seem like the best place to get assistance, what is the best strategy going forward? There are lots of unanswered questions about the transfer of domains to Squarespace and no assistance for those of us who have to deal with this and aren't as knowledgeable as may be required.
  2. My Squarespace site connects to a domain name that I had registered with Google. Now that Google has sold/transferred their domain business to Squarespace, my domain registration is now with SS (without giving me the option to do something else). I want to move the domain registration to a different registrar. How do I do this without crashing my SS website and without losing my Google email workspace? (I don't have a clue what Google/SS did with that during the transfer!) Thanks
  3. I have had a 7.0 site for 4 years and want to migrate to 7.1. I started a trial on 7.1. It was going smoothly until I got to a page that has a gallery. In 7.0 I use the image description as a caption with a link to an artist page. When an individual image is clicked, it opens in a lightbox with the caption on the image. I want to replicate this in 7.1 but I can't figure out how. If I put a link in, a click goes to the linked page. If I leave out the link, a click opens the lightbox but the caption doesn't appear as an overlay on the enlarge image. Squarespace tells me I can’t do this. Is there code that can make 7.1 work like 7.0 for the masonry gallery grid. I don't want to invest a lot of time manually recreating my website in 7.1 if it doesn't have the basic features available to a gallery in 7.0. Thanks.
