Using embed code is a decent workaround to this bug. But it's not a solution if you want to: use a "start at [time]" URL and... upload a custom thumbnail image (vs. thumbnail of YouTube video). This used to work correctly about a year ago. Hopefully Squarespace can get this fixed.
