White space appearing beneath header

I have an annoying white space showing between the header and image section below. Does anyone know how to fix this please!

I have tried these solutions from other posts already, but no luck.

@WidleStudioLLP Thanks for the reply, sorry yes I just updated the original post with the link but will include below too. 

I would like the black site header to sit ontop of the banner image below with no gap, however there is a small white space showing, which looks like it is part of the header. When hovering over the header, it seems to include the white space at the bottom, please see attached screenshot.

I can't seem to get rid of it with any of the spacing settings.

@WidleStudioLLP Thanks, I can't seem to input that code properly - my coding skills are very basic! 

you can use 

 

.header theme-col--primary
{
--headerBorderColor: none !important;
}

you can copy this code & paste it into website tool > custom code > paste in this block also you can (reduce padding your choice)
