Remove White space below Gallery

Hey all, 

Any ideas on how to remove the extra white space below the gallery section? It is driving me crazy. The first screenshot is how it looks on full desktop, the second is the extra white space that forms upon shrinking screen sizes. I wouldn't even mind for the footer to come up above it; however, when I do that, there is extra space below the footer. I just want zero overflow on that gallery section, but I cannot find anything that seems to work?

Getting rid of the white space will be difficult with a gallery block as it gets much worse as the screen size shrinks:

You can improve this by editing the gallery size and row count on a smaller browser width (small enough that it is just above the switch to the mobile layout, 768px).

You can then play wit a negative margin on the section ID to overlap but you're likely to have an issue with the z-index, so it might be worth having the wallpaper in the same section (or just the first part, maybe?)
