Generic Font Incorrect on Mobile

Go to solution Solved by Ziggy,

Hello, for some reason mobile devices are not displaying the Lato font correctly. It is not a custom font, it's a generic option.

Let me know if anyone has found any solutions. I have tried choosing another font then going back to Lato and it hasn't fixed anything.

The correct font is viewed on the mobile viewer within the squarespace builder. The incorrect font is viewed on my mobile device. Have tried different mobile devices as well.

Yes, I do have some custom code.

You appear to be applying this font to the paragraph text:

"Switzer-Light"

When that doesn't work it is probably reverting to that basic serif font.

@Ziggy Here's the code I found you're talking about. I just want this to be applied to the burger menu but for the rest of my sight to retain the Lato font in paragraphs through the styles menu. For some reason it's using it everywhere as the paragraph. I tried changing the font to Helvetica-Bold and it's doing the same thing. Is it possible to help correct this?

//burger menu
p {
font-family: 'Helvetica-Bold';}
.header .header-burger{display:flex}
.header-nav, .header-actions {display:none}
.header--menu-open .header-menu {
opacity: 1; visibility: visible;
}

This first portion is targeting all paragraph text.
