Is there a way to embed a Google Map with multiple points and it adjust to the size of the page on different devices?

I'm trying to add a map to a charity's website, its a Google Map with 100s of points, shows all the people who have taken our programmes. I'd like to add it a webpage and can do a simple iFrame but it doesn't adapt to the wdith of the page, which is especially bad on mobile. Squarespace seem to use their own customised Google Maps for showing single points but that just won't work for us. Does anyone know if there is any code I can use to embed the map that will make it adapt to the screensize on different devices?
