UNABLE TO MOVE DOMAIN Error

Hi! 

I keep getting this error message when i try to link/move my newly bought domain (from sqsp) to the website I've built on sqsp. Can anyone please help? I can't get through to any customer service and bc it's an error with no explanation I'm not sure what to do!

I built the website on sqsp before buying the domain as i thought it would be easy peasy to get a domain and then link it to the site I've already built, argh! 

If anyone has experienced the same and solved it please let me know! Ta!

I was having the same issue and figured out the new site did not have a payment source (even though it says all that is transferred).  Once I entered a credit card number to the new site it transferred.
