Variable links for button on collection pages

I am creating a website for an art gallery.  I have an "artists" collection page for all the inventory (approving in the navigation), with each artist's work as a sub-collection(not appearing in the navigation).  I want to add a "learn more about this artist" button on each sub-collection page, and link the button to an About page for that artist (with resume, artist statement, etc) - a different button link for each collection page.  As far as I can see, the button link must be the same across all the sub-collection pages. 

Is it possible to make a different button link for each sub-collection page?
