I keep getting this error: Custom record not saved We were unable to save this record. Try again later. If this problem continues, contact Customer Support. PixelSoda Posted March 19 Share Posted March 19 Hi @Bridgettela - Usually that error means there's a conflicting DNS record. If your domain has a domain forwarding rule, make sure to remove that. Otherwise, if your domain has a set of "Squarespace default" records in the DNS settings, remove those and then try adding your new DNS records.
