CCousins
Hey everyone, any solutions for capturing e-signatures on a waiver form for a client who owns a gym that runs programs for youth. They need to be able to fill out a form (managed to create that) however, I need to somehow collect an actual signature as well. Any thoughts or workarounds or third party apps we can connect? Any help is appreciated! Here's the form I've created so far. Just looking to solve for collecting an actual signature! https://www.levelupsports.ca/forms Link to comment

These services allow you to collect electronic signatures for various purposes such as contracts, agreements, waivers, and more. Here are a few popular e-signature platforms that offer integrations with Squarespace: DocuSign: DocuSign is one of the leading e-signature platforms, offering a wide range of features for securely collecting electronic signatures. They offer integrations with Squarespace through the use of custom code or third-party integrations. HelloSign: HelloSign provides a user-friendly e-signature solution that can be integrated with Squarespace websites. They offer an API for developers to customize the integration or use third-party tools for integration. Adobe Sign: Formerly known as Adobe EchoSign, Adobe Sign is another popular e-signature solution that offers integrations with various platforms, including Squarespace. You can use custom code or third-party integrations to incorporate Adobe Sign into your Squarespace website. Yes, there is a way to do that Link to comment
