Livechat is connected to my site but the chat widget does not appear any more

We have connected successfully my Squarespace account to the third-party tool LiveChat. The integration was smooth and void of troubles. We have also paid for the LiveChat subscription. Everything was fine. 

But, now the widget LiveChat is not visible anymore. We don't quite know how to investigate to fix his issue as all the settings seem fine.

After some discussion with ChatLive's support, it appears that the solution was to check if the Chat Widget is enabled in Settings > Manage apps > Squarespace: https://my.livechatinc.com/settings/applications/squarespace in the agent app.
