Horizontal scroll on mobile

Recommended Posts

Hello, could anyone help me or direct me to a guide where I can implement a horizontal scroll on mobile view for a particular block/section.

In desktop view I have a section with various text boxes all aligned nicely, but when I go into mobile view I can't seem to design it in a nice way and was wondering if I could have all the text boxes in a straight line and they either animation across or scroll horizontally to see more.

Attached image of how it looks on desktop.

I want to do something similar to this website in https://www.oxfordplastics.com/en-gb/products/road-plates-and-trench-covers/lowpro-11-11-trench-cover (in mobile view) where the submenu has a scroll on it.

I hope that makes sense?

Thanks in advance

Hayley

Hi,

I have the same problem with this page (under construction): https://composites.taniq.com/software-packages
Password: TaniqComposites.

On this page is a table that shows our software packages. On mobile view it is all messed up, and I'm unable to re-arrange it within the normal vertical confinement of mobile view, so I would like to make it scrollable horizontally (only this page). How can I do that?

I just checked the website.

If you need it for the table, I think you will need to build the table through HTML code.
The mobile version of the table looks broken.

Is the HTML code simple or complicated?

It is medium complexity in my opinion

I wonder how the developers of the plugin were able to add that component into Squarespace UI and make it work like it is a native SQSP component
