Why is my Squarespace Payments account information still under review?

Does anyone know why my payments are still under review? Just trying to figure out how to go about fixing this. All the information I put in is correct. It was been months since it has been verified? I was going to send an invoice to someone but I don't want to not get paid? Do I just need to have someone pay me once to get it to work? 

Having the same issue, I have been waiting almost two weeks. I was able to make sales through PayPal but I still can't process the other. Contacted support to no avail...... 

Having the same multi-week frustration as outlined in this thread. Support doesn't seem well equipped to make up for the absent-minded design/functionality of the verification process. Blocking my progress as a business.

I’m having the same issues! Says will take 2 weeks… i mean is one person just working? Shouldn’t take 2 weeks to verify information they already had in system.

 I’m still waiting for my payment to process as well, has been 2 weeks now. Customer has the item and i have no money.  I’m beginning to think we all could have been denied.  As some credit card companies are picky who they deal business with, especially in fields they consider risky.  If that’s the case they should just release the funds and close the account.
