Button ONLY visible on hover - Cannot change unhover setting. (Buttons are "options" below a Product)

Location: Product page > Design area : Product detail page

Problem: The buttons that operate as "options" are not visible without mouse hover. 

In the Edit theme area - there appears to be no way to edit the button. It just displays as "Variant Fields" (see screenshot below)

With no hover - the buttons are not visible at all. With hover they appear singularly. 

I need them to be seen without hover as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 😁🙏
