Help booking multiple appointments for different services for the same time

Hi, I have a wellness clinic that offers cryo, normatec, red light and sauna.  I have set up Rooms/Resources for normatec (5), redlight/Sauna (1), cryo (1).  If a client books redlight, that time slot for normatec and cryo is not an option.  Its only allowing 1 booking for any service for 1 time slot across all appointment types.  

I think i need to create individual calendars for each appointment type but that can't be the only option?  I cant have multipe booking links/pages for clients to have to navigate.  Any suggestions?  Thanks
