I need customers to be able to submit photos for Classified Ads

I'm building a website that will host classified ads. I need customers to be able to upload photos that will be sent with the submission form to my email, so that I can generate the page for the ad (until I can figure out how to make them generate automatically).

 I'm no coder, but I used ChatGPT to write me an HTML code for five image uploads. The problem is I don't know where the photos are going to go.

How do I get the images uploaded to the page to end up in the same email with the submission form for the ad?

Any and all advice on this project is welcome.
