How Do I Sync Product Variant Images With Specific Product

I want product images to change with a change in variant color. For example, when I select "Cream", I want to hide the last two images as they show the "Midnight Black" variant, keeping only the two images of the "Cream" variant. Right now, Squarespace only lets me select one image to display to represent a variant whereas I need two, and this doesn't get rid of the other color variants either. On top of that, it only displays my variant thumbnail AFTER a size has been selected. Is there a code plugin out there that can hide some of my product images after a color option is selected?
