How can I make my Simple List items full width?

Hi,

I would like to make my Simple List items full width. Is there CSS that can solve this?

In addition, I would also like to place the section buttons (currently switched off) in the centre of each image. Is this possible?

Add this to Custom CSS:

.user-items-list-simple[data-layout-width="full"] {
    padding-left: 0vw;
    padding-right: 0vw;
}
