Struggling to change the color of the interactive element which follows the cursor

Hi Everyone,

I am really struggling to change the color of the interactive element which follows the cursor.

Does someone had the same problem or can show me how to find it. I have tried all the option on the site style.

Here is the picture from the element im purple. I want to change it's color.
