lairdl Posted December 21, 2023 Share Posted December 21, 2023 I am having so many issues trying to setup a business email so that I can send marketing emails through squarespace without the risk of things going to spam folders instead of inboxes. I have emails I'd like to send through Squarespace by Jan 4. I created a Google Workspace account through Google last night, then today realized I couldn't connect it to Squarespace. SO, I subsequently deleted the google workspace account, and tried to do this through squarespace. Now I keep getting error messages and emails saying "Couldn't connect Google Workspace to your domain". I've tried restarting my browser and computer. It tells me my payment details are the problem, but I assure you they are not. PLEASE help me. Is this happening because there is a window of time tnat needs to pass between canceling my former account and creating a new one within squarespace? I need to know if I should take the rout of re-creating my account through google, and finding a way to send marketing email some other way. Link to comment

MainhouseCreative Posted December 25, 2023 Share Posted December 25, 2023 The workspace feature for personalized email addresses is confusing and SQSP isn't much help. I attempted to create an account only to find it too frustrating and cancelled it. Later I was informed that I would not get a refund even though only an hour had passed since signing up. I believe if you paid for a year you have 15 days to cancel for a refund, good luck. Link to comment

Select your topics, the closest matching ones, they won't be perfect, on the last page, scroll to the bottom, there will be the option for live chat. If not, choose another topic that does.
