custom css icons not showing

Hi, pretty lost on ideas here I have added 4 custom icons to my site using custom css and code , they all show when editing my site but when i refresh and look on another browser they are not showing. When I go back into to edit my site they are not there unless i open the custom css tool and they show again , any ideas? 

@Ross003 can you share a link to your site so we can inspect for errors?

@Ross003 looks like the @import rule you added is being ignored by the browser because it's out of order, see screenshot of inspector window showing errors. Try adding it at the very top of your custom CSS instead?

Hey, just double checked the @import rule is at the very top for me or do you mean somewhere else?
