Icon and text within the same block + delay on load

Hi all, 

I would like to include a section that shows the 3 companies values, demonstrated by a simple icon and some text underneath. I assumed I could add an icon to a text block however, I can't find a way to make this work.

When the visitor hits this section, I'd like there to be a slight delay in the values loading

I haven't added the blocks yet as I wasn't sure which block to use for optimal result e.g an image block, a text block etc

Should also add, I don't need the CTA/Buttons.

It would be easier to help if you either have what you want on your website or a mock up of the design. 

Also, I think tuanphan has some code here to do what you're looking for
