I can't use the focal point for mobile view

Hello, 

I am trying to move the focal point of the first section home page gallery so it looks good on mobile. 

Instead of seeing the middle of both photos I need to move the focal point to only see one of the photos so it shows right on mobile.

Is it possible to fix this with css? as I can't when I move the focal point nothing happens.

Which photo you want to adjust, or all photos on first section?

yes all photos from the gallery on mobile should show one photo instead of the middle of both photos.
