Site wide animation all at once (not on scroll)

I'm wondering if there is a way, with Custom CSS, to have the site-wide Fade animation happen all at once (for all the pages of my site) instead of on-scroll. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, curious, may I ask why? In effect only what's visible on screen on load will have the animation, but nothing will when you scroll?

@melody495 I like the fade from page to page but when the effect is on-scroll it looks bad. For instance, the fade does not affect videos or carousels so the look is very inconsistent.
