Changing the phrase 'lesson' on courses

Hello! 

Quick background: I work in education, looking after vulnerable children. I am NOT a professional website builder, but give most things a good go. 

I'm hoping for a little bit of help! I'm trying to use the 'course' feature to walk professionals in schools through the process of referring a new student to our setting. This means that 'next lesson' isn't really appropriate and needs to read as something like 'next step'. Is this possible? I've attached some screenshots of where it's a problem. 

If any of you very clever people know a better way all together for me to go about this task, please let me know! Hit a bit of a wall...
