Blocks not 'adapting' to browser window resize

Hi. I have four groups of blocks on this page (under construction):

https://www.meditateinthewestmidlands.co.uk/home-2

They each consist of a shape, an image, a text block, and a button. As you can see in the attached screenshots, when I re-size the window the blocks don't 'adapt' to fit within the window. I've not seen this behaviour before. When the window gets small enough they do 'adapt' to a mobile type arrangement, stacked above each other, but before then they just go off the edge of the page. It's not possible to scroll the page to the left to reveal the hidden blocks.

Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?

Thank you,Screenshot2023-10-31at09_48_50.thumb.png.c19c7792c8e7dc1622d474963a08bf61.pngScreenshot2023-10-31at09_48_57.thumb.png.eae9bd1689a91c36fd1ddd1d80daa47f.pngScreenshot2023-10-31at09_49_04.thumb.png.8479f38fb4e5a87d656dd1490247271a.png

It turns out this is a result of having the section's alignment grid columns spaced out to the maximum value (this was helpful in having four blocks spaced correctly). I don't know if this is an inevitable consequence of this decision, or a bug Squarespace needs to work out?
