Code displays + lag time when loading pages

My website always lags when it loads and displays some of the code at the top for like 2 seconds. 

I've attached a screenshot I managed to grab on my phone, but you will probably see it when it loads if you click on it.

How do i get the pages to load quickly without displaying this code?

That code is showing because you have plain text written into the Header Code Injection, either globally or on just this page.

For this style code, you need to wrap the text in style tags like this:

<style>  YOUR CODE GOES HERE </style>
