Image block not centered sometimes

Hi 

I have a problem that I am struggling to solve.

I have a large image block that I want centered on the page but even though I have the block setup this way it sporadically moves over to the left.

If you resize the page after it has loaded sometimes this fixes the problem but my clients are not going to do this, all they will see is a photo in the wrong position.  This is in Desktop view, on mobile view it always goes to the left.  I have tried changing the size of the picture, moved it about. I am at a loss.

I worked out that when I turned off Parralax the images worked fine.  I'll have to do without.

Does anyone know why the parallax animation would cause the photo not to be centered to the page?

I would really like to have the animation on 2 of the photos on my homepage
